I am highly impressed with Sinulex. I suffer from accute chronic sinusitus and hay fever. I have experienced a remarkable improvement after using the product. It is recommended that you use the product three times per day which is not always practical and therefor the 4 star rating. Other then that it is a great product which I will recommend. Leon
