Shipping Options

All products will be mailed, as per your instruction, in bubble-wrap envelopes offering privacy and protection. All orders placed will be shipped the following working day.

Option 1:  Post Office counter to Post Office counter

Method:           Normal parcel mail to the counter at your nearest SA Post Office.

Cost:                R20.00 per order. If your total basket value after discounts is more than R180.00 your delivery is FREE!

Time Frame:    This service is not committed to a certain time frame – usually takes 4 working days.

Option 2:  Post Office counter to Post Office counter (Overnight)

Method:           Normal parcel mail to the counter at your nearest SA Post Office.

Cost:                R65.00 per order. If your total basket value after discounts is more than R400.00 your delivery is FREE!

Time Frame:    Overnight delivery. If you order on a Friday, it will be shipped to you on a Monday.

                        All orders placed will be shipped the following working day.

Option 3:  Door to door courier service

Method:           Courier services deliver to your door.

Cost:                R 35.00 per order for delivery to Johannesburg, Pretoria ONLY.  If your total basket value, after discounts, is more than R300.00 your delivery is FREE!

R 110.00 per order for delivery to major centers such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, George, Pietermaritzburg, Kimberley, Pietersburg, Vaal Area, Rustenburg, Witbank.

If your total basket value, after discounts, is more than R800.00 your delivery is FREE!

Time Frame:    Overnight delivery. If you order on a Friday, it will be shipped to you on a Monday.

                        All orders placed will be shipped the following working day.

Option 4:  Door to door courier service

Method:           Courier services deliver to your door.

Cost:                R125.00 per order for delivery to non-major centers. If your total basket value after discounts is more than R900.00 your delivery is FREE!

Time Frame:    Overnight delivery. If you order on a Friday, it will be shipped to you on a Monday.

                        All orders placed will be shipped the following working day.

Option 5:  Collection at Tara Pharmaceuticals' offices

Method:           Collection at Tara Pharmaceuticals' offices by yourself.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Through your personal internet banking facility, enter in our banking details (see below). Ensure that you include your initials and surname (or email address) in the payment reference field, to ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products. Shipping of products will only take place once the EFT reflects in Tara Pharmaceuticals' bank account. Direct Deposit

Should you not wish (or be able) to pay via EFT online, you may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Ensure that you include your initials and surname (or email address) in the payment reference field, to ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.. Shipping of products will only take place once the Direct Deposit reflects in Tara Pharmaceuticals' bank account. Returns

Should you not be satisfied with the products that you have purchased you are welcome to return the product/s to Tara Pharmaceuticals.  The product/s must still be sealed and in their original packaging.  Tara Pharmaceuticals will either replace the product/s or make a refund to yourself.
